WorkItOut Beta

WorkItOut is a mobile application available on the T-Mobile G1 through the Market.   The app can be found under the “Lifestyle” category.

Functions available on the Beta release:

Exercise Tab

  • Add Exercise
  • Edit Exercise (name, muscle group, # of reps, weight)
  • Delete Exercise
  • Sort Exercise List by entry, muscle group, date, exercise

Workout Tab

  • Add Workout
  • Copy Workout
  • Delete Workout
  • Add Exercises to Workout
  • Delete Exercises from Workout
  • Rearrange Exercise order
  • Enter Exercise data in Workout


  1. Thanx for the app… got it already and will keep.

    Here are some early requests:

    – Please configure it for use in landscape mode (When keyboard is opened), right now there are no scroll bars.

    – Will be nice to include a weight chart/table so users can track their weight gain/loss (numerically, graph will be a bonus)

    – Also a nifty-gritty weight converter for the basic lbs and Kg weight (U can add micrograms for some of us…hehehe)

  2. Sweet app you should make one for cardio workouts also. To record your time and distance on treadmill, stationary bike, row machine etc.

  3. I love the app! I like the idea of adding a body weight tracker as well as mentioned in a previous comment.

    Also, instead of creating a separate app as mentioned before for cardio, it would be great if you could simply add cardio exercises within the WorkItOut app that you could track time/distance.
